Only Qualified Valuers as defined by the NSW Strata Schemes Development Act 2015 can provide Valuer’s Certificates with a Schedule of Unit Entitlements for the registration of a Strata or Community Plan.

Schedule 2 of the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015 defines the unit entitlements are to be formed on a “Market Value Basis” for each of the lots in the scheme.
